I didn't get the tester invite email.

Check the Google account you shared with us, including spam/promotions folders, then email support@thepromiseplatform.com and we'll resend it.

How do I report a bug?

Email feedback@thepromiseplatform.com with what you were doing, what you expected, and a screenshot if you can.

How do I delete my account or data?

Email privacy@thepromiseplatform.com and we'll remove your account and associated data.

Will I be charged for anything during testing?

No. Subscription payments run in Stripe's test mode during this closed test, so no real charges occur unless we clearly tell you otherwise.

How do I leave the test group?

Open the tester opt-in link from your invite email and select "Leave the program," or just email us and we'll remove you.
