These Terms govern your use of the Promise app during its closed testing period ("the Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or relationship status.
Paid membership tiers are billed monthly through Stripe. During testing, payments may run in Stripe's test mode and will not be real charges unless we tell you otherwise. Once Promise is publicly launched, subscriptions will renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel at any time from your account.

You can report or block another member from within the app. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Promise members, online and in person. We strongly recommend meeting new connections in public places and telling a friend or family member your plans. Promise does not conduct criminal background checks on members.
You keep ownership of the Promises, photos, and other content you create. By posting content that you mark as "Community" or "Public," you allow other Promise members to view it within the app.
Promise is provided "as is" during this testing period, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice while we're testing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promise and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including outcomes of relationships formed through the app.
You may stop using Promise and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
